Adam Ducote

Adam Ducote is the founding principal of Virgil Strategies, where he provides the strategic direction, political judgment, and principal-level relationships that drive the firm's intelligence and advocacy work. He has been registered in the State of Louisiana for more than five years and brings 15+ years of policy and communications experience.

Before consulting, Adam ran a business — an experience that shaped his instinct to prioritize long-term value over short-term wins, and gave him a genuine understanding of what is at stake for the clients he serves.

His work has produced landmark results — including passage of Act 443 establishing Louisiana's offshore wind leasing framework and Act 533 establishing the Louisiana Fortify Homes program.
